IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC); the rates above reflect a reduction of our previous fees by the maximum deduction or $22/day (or to the threshold of $12.00 / day). The next fee reduction is expected to occur later in 2025.
SUBSIDIZED PARENTS:
Beginning January 1, 2016, the City of Ottawa will be collecting parental fee payments for families with a childcare subsidy. Payments are due in advance and parents have the option to set up pre-authorized payments, credit card payments or in person.
FULL FEE PAYING PARENTS:
Parents may make arrangements with the Director to pay on a schedule to suit their budgeting needs. Payment must be made at the beginning of the period serviced. Bank deposits are made on the 1st of the month and on or shortly after the 15th of month. If paying by cheque the Centre will require a series of post-dated cheques to cover your account for 6 months. We also have a pre-authorized debit option or cash.
DIAPER FEE:
Two options are available for diapers. You may provide your own diapers, a full pack each time as they are used up or you may choose to pay a diaper fee of $30 per month for full time diapers or $15 per month when in training and using diapers at sleep time
NSF CHEQUES
There will be a $30.00 charge to the parent for any cheques returned by a bank/trust co. due to non-sufficient funds.
